  I have used Paul Benham over a number of years, mostly for boiler maintenance and servicing but also for general plumbing. This particular visit was for a boiler service, carried out by Richard. Always punctual, friendly, tidy and courteous. I trust his advice implicitly.

  I have used Paul Benham Heating and Plumbing many times over the years and have always been happy with their work and customer service. The most recent reason for calling them was a leaky pipe joint in our loft that was causing water to run down our bathroom wall. Even though the team weren't local at the time (and it was a Saturday) they still called us promptly and talked my partner through what to do to solve the issue temporarily until they could get round to fix it properly, which they they 4 days later, despite being incredibly busy on pre-booked jobs. Would highly recommend.

  First class service. Richard was a pleasure to deal with. Responsive, patient and polite as we asked him questions to ensure we had the boiler to suit our requirements. Very knowledgeable and competent. We were extremely impressed.
