  Wouldn't go anywhere else

  I cannot recommend Paul Brett enough! Paul's quick response truly saved the day when I had a plumbing emergency. Not only did he arrive promptly, but he came fully prepared. Paul's expertise shone through as he not only identified the root issue that had stumped 14 other people but also resolved it efficiently. What truly sets Paul apart is his kind and courteous nature. Not only did he find the root cause of the problem, but he also took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. He went above and beyond my expectations demonstrating genuine care for his clients.

  To replace kitchen tap and free off the main water stop valve.

  The quote given was acceptable, and the job was carried out quickly and with no problems . They left the job all neat and tidy. Will call on Paul Brett again if we need any more plumbing jobs doing in the future.

  Stopcock leaking and thermostatic shower also leaking.

  Both Paul and Kieran came out extremely promptly and fixed both issues of leaks on my stopcock and thermostatic shower that I had been experiencing.I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and standard of workmanship. Quite happy to recommend them for any plumbing and heating work.

  Blocked kitchen sick

  Kieran came out and was very helpful in identifying an issue with our kitchen sink. He took ample time to look into the issue and was clear in sharing the work required to fix the problem. Very courteous and helpful, Kieran really went above and beyond to try and help us find the right solution for the problem we have. Highly recommend!

  Changing a downstairs sink plug, which had jammed.

  Kieran was very courteous. He kept us informed regarding his arrival time. He got the work done in around 20 minutes and really talked us through what he had done and how we could fix any issues ourselves if we had any issues in future. He was also very courteous in constantly knocking on our door for whenever he needed to come in, rather than letting himself in (which I would have understood and now battered an eyelid at). Work done at the quoted price and seems good. Will probably have him back for any other issues in future.
