  Fitted new fire doors to 5 flats and built a fire resistant door for electric meter cupboard. I'm very pleased with the quality of work done.

  Tenants report that Paul was very polite and tidied up at the end of each day. Good quality workmanship. I have already asked him to provide me a quote for another project for me.

  Extensive repairs to french doors/windows

  Large French doors (with 20 windows) were repaired, with rotten wood raplaced inside and out. I am so pleased with the work - the windows look fantastic. Paul and Mark were totally reliable and very reasonable and kept me informed at all stages. Paul also replaced the back door step and refitted the door, and I have already asked him to do further work repairing some sash windows. Highly recommended!

  Fire safety work on existing fire doors and meter cupboard and work on front door of property.

  In order to meet fire regulations in a property now designated as an HMO I needed to improve the performance of the existing fire doors and meter cupboard. Mr Brown met with me and a council official to assess the work required. It was immediately clear that he was both experienced and knowledgeable. He provided a quote for the work which included work required on the front door. The work was completed on the date arranged. He is a tradesman that I would definitely use again and would recommend to other freeholders or managers of properties in the Hastings area.

  Shelving and adjustment to door frame

  I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul, he completely understood what we wanted, which was some shelving in the living room, fitting out a walk in wardrobe and installing a handrail in keeping with other work we have had done. He also adjusted a door frame so that the bathroom lock would work. He executed everything with care and skill, preparing as much as he could outside to minimize mess. He is also very pleasant to work with.

  Fitted Wardrobes and Shelves.

  Paul handcrafted two fitted wardrobes for our bedroom alcoves and some bespoke shelves in our Victorian house. We are absolutely over the moon with the results. The wardrobes look very authentic and his skill and attention to detail are excellent. He was conscientious and super tidy, He always kept us informed of what was happening, was punctual and is also a very nice chap to boot. We would highly recommend him and his work.
