The work was shoddy, didn’t take kindly to me telling him it was not good. Slammed doors and atmosphere was appalling. He was a paid to do plaster of a lounge/dining room, and a bedroom. Then to repaint the said rooms. He painted a wall in the wrong colour then told me he hoped I liked it as he didn’t have time to repaint. There are holes in plaster by socket points. Dents in the walls and marks, which should not be there if he had plastered properly. But more importantly he has ruined my carpets and fireplace and fire surround. My sofa he took off the covers and then sanded.

It is hard to accept feedback that is so misleading. Door slamming, a result of strong draft of which I apologised countless times. All areas were plastered to high spec and not one mention of issues until 1 day before painting completion. There were a few marks around sockets due to socket locations very close to skirt and walls. Feature wall painting, poor communication with client. When spotted I was told "I like it do not worry"
Carpet is a case of "I am changing it anyway" but I must stress it was covered. A few plaster splashes on fireplace. I feel the client did not respect my workmanship. I offered to clean but was rejected. This to me is a one off complaint that has tarnished my work. All my feedback is generally high standard.
