This was the first time I had used Paul, but it won't be my last! I'd checked his reviews and asked a neighbour, who had used him for a number of years. I was looking for a replacement boiler and gave him a call. He turned up on time and gave me answers to all my questions. He was very informative and took his time explaining things to me. I was going to get other quotes, but as his seemed very competitive, I gave him the go ahead. The installation of my Viessmann 100w, went very smoothly. It was carried out in 30+ degrees of heat, which was even Hotter for him in my loft. Many thanks...

Wasn’t something they cover unfortunately but helped out a lot over a phone call. If I do ever have something else that they cover I will definitely be giving them a call!

Paul sorted out my mums bathroom two years ago and a follow up for a tiny issue recently was no problem. Fantastic customer service - very much appreciated and would recommend highly.

Paul and Ed explained in plain English what was required - re-pressurising the system including the Megaflo and answered all my queries and were polite, charming and courteous. From my experience would highly recommend.
