Highly Recommended/ Above and Beyond
Highly Recommended. Friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable, professional, kind. Paul fixed a gas fire /flue issue, taking the time to explain what was wrong and why, outline my options with pros and cons and make a recommendation on the best way forward. I had struggled for a few days to find anyone to do the job or give advice. Paul answered all my questions, had safety at the forefront of his actions and was such a pleasure to deal with. I know I will be in safe hands for future gas/plumbing needs and would not hesitate to highly recommend Paul. He truly went above and beyond. Boiler service and fix leak in old plumbing
We've used Paul many times over the last 7-8 years for all sorts or household plumbing jobs, big and small. We've always been really happy with the results. Installing cast iron radiator
We had a cast iron radiator installed which had to be delivered on a pallet and then joined. They were flexible in arriving once the delivery had been made and brought extra people to help lift the radiators and join them together. We are a friendly, efficient, family run business with over 46 years experience. My husband Paul, along with our daughter Molly and myself, Deb, aim to offer a first class service.
We take pride in our communication and efficiency.
Paul is qualified to City & Guilds Advanced Craft and is classed as a Technician. His diagnostic skills are well known. Molly has just started year three of her apprenticeship working with Paul. She attends college once a week to gain a four and a half year City & Guilds qualification in plumbing, heating and gas. Of the 19 students on her course, she is the only female student. Many of the male students go to her to ask questions or want help on both theory and practical sides of their studies, she continually scores the most on tests and exams. Even her lecturer refers the other students to her work, saying "look at how Molly did it"! Paul aims to give her a diverse experience of all the work they can carry out. When she qualifies, Paul will slow down and Molly will take up the mantle. She would never have found a better teacher than her dad. She continues to excel on the job and at college, her favourite jobs are bathroom refurbishments, and her tiling is amazing!
Our workmanship is of the highest standard and we respect that customers are inviting us into their homes. Trust and respect are paramount to us. We are happy to carry out quotations free of charge. We can arrange appointments to suit customers' schedules.
