Paul was excellent at communicating from start to finish and brought deadlines forward by bringing extra tilers which was much appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout and handled the tiles with lots of care. We absolutely love the flooring and heating and would definitely recommend Paul, thank you !
