  Flawless installation and beautiful finish

I can’t recommend Paul James Interiors highly enough, they worked tirelessly through a heatwave to finish my bathroom to an exceptional standard. They were flexible in accommodating all of my design needs, helped with the procurement of the suite, tiles etc. and the end result is truly beautiful. I love using this room every day.

Full bathroom rip out, supply and fit including moving waste pipe and painting.

Absolutely delighted with our new bathroom. Lee was excellent from start to finish, providing realistic timelines and updating daily on progress. Excellent attention to detail on all aspects of the job, including asking for preferences on exact placement of cabinets and fixtures. Reliable and on time every day leaving the hallway/work areas spotless. Felt more than safe and secure leaving Lee alone in the house too- clearly a trustworthy guy. It was great to be able to communicate through WhatsApp regarding fixtures and fittings. It was so handy having everything ordered for us based on preferences and best options available. It meant we didn't have to worry about any measurements or ensuring that companies were reliable - this was all done by PJI, including chasing missed deliveries. Overall, exceptional finish and service. Will definitely be recommending to friends/family, and getting back in touch for future jobs.

  New bathroom, excellent service

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly couldn’t recommend Paul James Interiors highly enough! I’m so glad I found this fantastic father-and-son team through Checkatrade. Paul and Lee were brilliant from start to finish—professional, friendly, trustworthy and a pleasure to have in my home. Their attention to detail and pride in their work really shows, and my new bathroom is absolutely beautiful. They were spotless and tidy every day, and I even trusted them with my house keys while I was on holiday! I’m already getting quotes for two more jobs, which says it all. Thank you, Paul and Lee!

  Bathroom Refurbishment.

Lee and Aaron started work in our bathroom on the 29th July 2026 and took 10 working days to complete the work. We had old bathroom ripped out, new water resistant floor boards, Porcelain tiles to walls, Backer boards put on top of floor boards then Porcelain floor tiles. The toilet was moved to where bath once was and a new vanity sick cabinet installed. We had a new walk in shower installed . I cannot fault how hard Lee and Aaron worked and the end result was excellent. I cannot recommend Paul James interiors enough. If you want a job doing professionally Lee and Aaron are the men to do it

  Total bathroom refurbishment

From initial contact to the completion of the job Paul provided excellent and effective communication. He helped me every step of the way, he gave me lots of options to choose from and advised what he thought would work best. The final result reflects the time and care he's taken to ensure that I'm 100% happy. Lee and Aaron were a pleasure to have in our home, they were punctual, respectful, courteous, tidy, and their work ethic and attention to detail is outstanding. We were kept up to date at every stage and any issues that arose were dealt with quickly, professionally, and without fuss.
