I ordered blinds for my bedroom and was told 3 week delivery, Paul knew I also wanted them for my living room as well but wouldn’t be ready at the same time as my bedroom and I could order when I was ready and would still take 3 weeks to fitting. 4 weeks had past and I had no correspondence from Paul’s blinds regarding my bedroom blind, I called a lot of times with no answer and resorted into text messages, the text messages I received back from Paul wasn’t very nice ones that you would send to a customer! I was then told he could fit them the week after which would of been 5 weeks.

We are sorry Paull's blinds has not met the customer's expectation on this occasion. Paull's blinds prides itself on our customer's service and do all we can to meet our customer's requests and expectation. We did initially advice the customer the blinds would be fitted within 3 weeks. Unfortunately supplies have been affected by both pandemic and brexit. This has impacted on our ability to supply and fit blinds for some of our customer's within the timescale we aim to work to. These supply issues are unfortunately out of our control. We do however refute much of the customer complaint, we did keep the customer fully informed of the (slight) delay and made attempts to inform the customer on the reason for the delay. We were unable to answer all the customer's phone calls due to work commitments but did make every effort to keep the customer updated. As we have unable to meet the customer expectations a full refund had been issued.
