  They do exactly what it says on the tin

  The work was of high standard, kept me informed before and during even whilst we were away he sent picture updates and kept us informed. Everything thing went like clockwork from day one . They were courteous, respectful, clean and tidy above all their work quality first class. Would recommend to anyone.

  We are extremely pleased with PRR's excellent work. We are so grateful as Paul helped us out at very short notice, alleviating our stress at the time! Paul & Rob were hardworking, friendly, punctual & reliable. They ensured every area was clean & tidy when they left each day. Paul addressed any queries we had, updated us on exactly what they would do each day & backed this up with photos to our mobiles. We felt very comfortable with their knowledge and efficiency. We would not hesitate to use PRR again and highly recommend them for their professionalism, high standard of work & fair pricing.

  Reliable, fair price, excellent communication: Paul was able to identify the source of a leak and show me in a photograph. We agreed a solution and a price and he arrived on the next day the weather permitted to get it sorted. Can highly recommend him.

  Quick and professional service

  Paul Roberts response was very quick. He looked at the roof and got on with the job straight away, which was a relief as I was very concerned about the water coming through the ceiling. He was very professional and we wouldn't hesitate to call him to sort out any roofing or fascia problems.
