To start,wall was only half removed,i then requested the whole wall be removed,then the door was blocked up and plasterer called in ,he refused the work as bad job,new plasterer came in but not happy as he was told preparation was done,this was not the case he had not removed wall paper from around the door, he then plastered the celling , Paul removed toilet and sink and started to lay flooring 50% bath still in,then started to tile walls over wallpaper which had to be removed over 70% of tiles to be skipped, waste of my time and money Paul

All work done to an excellent standard. Explained exactly what he was going to do and how work was priced. Turned up when he said he would and excellent communication throughout.
