Paul went to a tremendous amount of effort to find and locate a blocked drain near to our property. He went way beyond what is normally expected to sort out and solve a problem, for which we are very grateful. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to all friends.

Paul turned up on time and did a thorough job he gives a fixed price which is unusual, I've been caught before by companies who give a low estimate then when on site add on a pile of extras.

I phoned Paul around noon, as soon as I discovered the problem, and he said he would come later that afternoon. He phoned me back mid-afternoon to say the job he was on was taking longer that expected, but that he hadn't forgotten me. He arrived around 5pm and cleared the drain quickly and expertly. He then told me he had another job to go to, so he'd fitted me in between two other jobs, which was a great relief to me because my drain was close to overflowing. Terrific service! Would definitely recommend to others.
