Pavilion Plumbing are a highly professional and friendly team who have done many jobs for us over the years; including central heating, new boiler, and multiple other smaller jobs. Charlie and Chris are really good at what they do; and you always know they will do a brilliant job, quickly and efficiently.

Last week Charlie Humphries did an annual gas check, as he has done with other excellent work at several of my properties for many years. As always, he was very conscientious and thorough, and I strongly recommend him.

No one likes having to pay for a new boiler but at least it got me back heating and hot water. And Charlie and the team at Pavilion Plumbing and Heating are always reliable and helpful. When the boiler broke on the Friday afternoon I left a message for Charlie and we corresponded by text about what was likely wrong (repressuring hadn't worked), he came over Monday and sadly found the boiler doubly broken and beyond any guarantee/manufacturer repair, The new one was installed on the Wednesday. Not a fun experience for me but would have been much worse without having Pavilion to call on.
