  Bathroom renovation

  Thoroughly unpredictable and unprofessional one man company who pretends he has a large workforce. Takes on too many jobs and promises the world to you - delivers a substandard result and expects you to suffer all consequences despite having a family and small child....made us homeless for 6 weeks and had to stop works to get new builders to finish the job....worst experience ever!

  We are really sorry for your experience but that is completely not our fault. We can not help it as you do not accept as agree additional work take more time than 2 weeks to achieve 1 wet room, and another small bathroom from one bathroom. The amount of work done in just 5 weeks is extraordinary and you should be grateful. We have had an agreement that I will make bathroom usable by 10 January and we did.We started the job on 06 December and finished 10 January. That is very good achievement creating wet under floor heating system over both bathrooms, and finish fully wet room system bathroom with Grohe toilet, new electric and plumbing. We understood your behave as very offensive strategy to avoid the payment. We were attacked by you verbally using threats so we have to evacuate from your premises. That is completely unaccepted by our policy. We do not tolerate any aggressive behaviour towards me or any other workers. I hope that everyone will understood as we are family name business Interesting only doing project perfectly as has to be. We help people not hate them.

  New boiler

  Very professional, polite and clean. Pawlak certainly went out of his way to make sure everything is done properly. Explained every step of the work with good advice and recommendations. Excellent, reliable and professional team. Highly recommended.

  New floor in kitchen / dining area. Hardwood floor fitting and whole room decorated.

  Full house refurbishment

  Total refurbishment of house

  Bart refurbished our entire house, including removing load bearing wall, building new ensuite bathroom, new lighting and electrics, boiler, radiators, soil stack, plasterwork, master bathroom, kitchen, flooring, skirtings, internal doors and decorating. He is courteous and knowledgeable about most trades, he is also a Gas Safe Engineer. This was a complex project with unexpected discoveries and costs did rise but he kept us informed. His core quality of workmanship is good and he can also tailor standard of finish to budget/customer requirements to offer good value for money.
