  Very poor after sales

Not good at after sales service. Had an issue with a door fitted 4yrs ago. Over 4 months of constant chases , excuses and false promises to get it looked at. Eventually saying door suppliers was now liquidated after I asked for the makers name as would contact myself. Did get someone to measure for a panel. Now 2wks later, no further contact. Have no faith in trader. Consider this if you choose to use this firm.

Construction of bespoke wooden shed/lean to

We asked for a construction of a large bespoke wooden shed attached to the side of the house. The work was started in mid December and continued through to mid January. The build was very well constructed and of excellent quality throughout. The builders were all friendly, tidy and informative. The end price was exactly as price quoted. The time taken was probably slightly more than anticipated but that was mainly due to Christmas and the abysmal weather. Overall very pleased with the work and would use the builders again and would recommend to others.

  Quick, detailed and quality work.

From quote to completion was just under a week. The work was block paving a driveway which required digging up the old one whilst also laying artifical grass in the back garden which also required digging out. The finished products are fantastic. Excellent communication all the way.
