Rising Damp Issues Resolved.
I’d used PB CD Ltd previously so had no concerns about asking for help with rising damp issues in the walls of my house. The investigation carried out was thorough, the resolution options clearly explained and a detailed quote provided, which I was happy with. All works were completed efficiently to plan, and at each day’s end the work area was left appropriately tidy. The team was courteous, and informative, and also very considerate of pets’ safeguarding precautions too. Very Efficient, Tidy Nice Bloke.
We had Paul in to damproof our hallway and back room and also to completely replaster the same plus the upstairs landing. As soon as the plaster dried we could tell that the damp had stopped as the back room was previously very bad. Plus there has been loads of rain so it would have definately showed. He is also putting in new woodwork for tthe skirting and around the doors. Both we and my mother and sister have used Paul several times and we have always been very pleased with the work. Established as a family business, we have grown organically since 1996 when the company was first established. We continue to grow and develop and add to our long list of happy customers. Whilst still offering a specialist brickwork service to various contractors, we are now established as a complete development service to the highest standard.
As of 2009 PB Construction & Development Ltd now offer a damp proofing service, consisting of D.P.C injection, combined with a 2 coat tanking slurry system to combat rising damp in masonry. All of which is covered by a 15 year guarantee.
We also offer a timber treatment service which includes woodworm, wet rot and dry rot curing, also covered by a 15 year guarantee.
