Great job all round
PB has tranformed our weathered lounge into a modern media wall which looks excellent. He has been brilliant from start to finish, very professional throughout and we are very impressed with the final outcome. Update to 1920s property.
PB CD LTD under took renovation work at my property. This included, re plaster of multiple rooms, including ceilings, reinstatement of 1920s fire place, replacement of wiring, including the situ of additional sockets and wiring. Work also included painting, installation of fire alarms, radiators and flooring. All work was completed to a High standard, the teams who worked the property, were respectful, kept the site as clean and tidy as practicable. Difficult job made easy.
We had our big house side wall repaired and painted plus air bricks inserted. This required scaffolding being both in and over the 3 neighbors gardens that back onto our house. Need an excellant reliable builder, hete one is
PBCD were excellant in carrying out necessary work to deal with a damp issue, giving advice/suggestions when asked. Paul arrived on time explained to the work he would do each day. Welcome to the online home of PB Construction and Development. We are a reliable construction and development company based in Portsmouth with projects throughout Hampshire and the surrounding areas.
Established as a family business, we have grown organically since 1996 when the company was first established. We continue to grow and develop and add to our long list of happy customers. The industry has undergone huge changes but we have the same values as we did then: transparency, loyalty, excellent customer service and exceptional standards.
Whilst still offering a specialist brickwork service to various contractors, we are now established as a complete development service to the highest standard.
As of 2009 PB Construction & Development Ltd now offer a damp proofing service, consisting of D.P.C injection, combined with a 2 coat tanking slurry system to combat rising damp in masonry. All of which is covered by a 15 year guarantee.
We also offer a timber treatment service which includes woodworm, wet rot and dry rot curing, also covered by a 15 year guarantee.
