High Quality Work.
Paul, from PB CD Ltd, stripped, re-rendered and painted the back walls of my terraced house. The work was completed to a very high standard, it was completed on time and the house and garden were left clean and tidy. Very good work , prompt and pleasant.
We had new radiators , staircase bannisters and spindles, plus two toliet and sink units fitted. Paul and his team, as usual, always show on time, are pleasant, and do a very good job. Excellent damp proofing
Paul was excellent. I had a few different quotes from damp companies, but after speaking to them all, Paul filled me with the most confidence through his explanation of how he was going to carry out the work. He completed the job within the agreed time frame and even helped out with a few extra issues he came across while carrying out the work. Reliable, tidy and great customer service
Paul was amazing start to finish, we originally got our damp report booked in on the back of our house survey. He was efficient helped us understand exactly what needed doing and completed the job a week after we moved in. Kept in touch the whole way through regarding details and pictures. Need a good builder, use these
I'm extremely pleased with the work PCB have done replaceing skirting boards and decorating the room. I was asked at all stages that I was satisfied with the work. I was advised on the best methods for a satisfactory result. Workers were polite, caring and concerned I was happy at all stages. As a disabled person. I was pleased with their concern for me. Welcome to the online home of PB Construction and Development. We are a reliable construction and development company based in Portsmouth with projects throughout Hampshire and the surrounding areas.
Established as a family business, we have grown organically since 1996 when the company was first established. We continue to grow and develop and add to our long list of happy customers. The industry has undergone huge changes but we have the same values as we did then: transparency, loyalty, excellent customer service and exceptional standards.
Whilst still offering a specialist brickwork service to various contractors, we are now established as a complete development service to the highest standard.
As of 2009 PB Construction & Development Ltd now offer a damp proofing service, consisting of D.P.C injection, combined with a 2 coat tanking slurry system to combat rising damp in masonry. All of which is covered by a 15 year guarantee.
We also offer a timber treatment service which includes woodworm, wet rot and dry rot curing, also covered by a 15 year guarantee.
