  Bathroom renovation

  Paul completely renovated our family bathroom. He knocked through our separate toilet into the bathroom and dealt with the supporting wall, obtaining a structural engineer survey and building reg checks. From the start of the process, Paul was reliable and full of advice. He was trustworthy and his attention to detail was excellent. He offered us different ideas and helped us choose a supplier. Paul also renovated our downstairs toilet as part of the same job. He is extremely competitive in price and we are extremely happy with the final outcome. He has excellent communication and was so tidy!

  Best Builder

  Paul has converted our outhouse into a powder room and connected it to the house. He has an eye for detail and does an excellent job with perfection. Having him do our kitchen next.

  Remedial shower work

  Paul came out to do remedials on a faulty shower cubicle after the install back in Feb. He was very accommodating and very prompt to respond to the issue and looked after us. Have now requested further quotes for other jobs. V pleased with his work and customer service.

  En Suite rip-out and fit

  Very pleased with the work done by Paul. He's the kind of fitter you can just leave to get on with it and make progress. He was competitively priced, punctual and attentive, kept us up to date with what was being done and made sure to ask us how we wanted things doing if there were choices to be made. Worked full days and cleaned up at the end of every day as well. Good finish on the project and felt reassured that if there were any issues down the line he would be there. Emphasis was always on quality of the work/materials which having been let down in the past is just what we wanted. A+

  What customer service!

  Had Paul fit a bathroom for us and was initially happy with the result if not the experience. Bit our tongues though as we still wanted him to provide after sales if needed. No need to worry about that now as he has basically ignored our requests to rectify a toilet flush that he had positioned in the wrong place to such an extent that he had to melt the cistern to force the flush button to fit into the toilet unit. If you want this quality of work then go ahead but i'd advise against him. Apparently our fault for using cheap fittings.

  Excellent experience from frist contact to completion very considerate of my property gave advice when needed brilliant job very professional excellent workmanship and cleaned up everywhere lefted really clean and tidy very friendly and approachable man really pleased would recommend 100%
