  Window locking/opening issue

I contacted Paul regarding a problem with my window, which wasn’t locking/opening properly. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable from start to finish. He quickly identified the issue and fixed the window efficiently, explaining what had gone wrong and what was needed. The whole process was straightforward, the price was fair, and there were no unnecessary costs or pressure. Paul arrived when he said he would and clearly takes pride in his work. I’m very happy with the repair and would definitely recommend Paul to anyone needing window repairs. Excellent service — thank you, Paul!

  Double glazing replacement (entire house)

We had our entire house fitted with new double glazing including the porch & front door. From the beginning starting with the free estimate, everything was explained in detail. Paul & his team, were polite & friendly, reliable, incredibly hardworking & professional. The job despite a few challenges, was finished to perfection. Our entire house back & front has been completely transformed & we are very happy the whole experience.
