  Plastering very disappointing, despite using my tools without permission (a pizza cutter to remove vinyl flooring) lol. The hot and cold feeds were the wrong way round on tap & shower which ment the temperature couldn’t regulate. Got him out to swap them round where he got confrontational and said it was my fault (after quoting £70 for a repair of the damage his work caused). Bath proceeded to leak through freshly plastered kitchen ceiling as taps weren’t fitted correctly, shower started falling off the wall as he isn’t capable of using a drill, and toilet seat came off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

  Repair to Bath Overflow

  Extremely satisfied with the work carried out by Pierre from PB Maintenance. He was punctual and informative in respect of the level of work. The tiled bath panel had to be removed before he could repair the overflow. With care and precision he replaced the tiled bath panel without having to lose this feature. Lovely finish, would highly recommend.

  Hack off and render wall

  Pierre was absolutely amazing. I am thoroughly happy with the work carried out, I can't even notice the repair on the render it is that good I had many concerns before picking a tradesman but I am sure glad I found Pierre. He was always on time and he reassured me the work would be done on the date I gave. The price he gave me I couldn't argue very reasonable. I will definitely be using Pierre again.

  Many talented company

  I came to know this company last year through Checktrade. Pierre Barrie is my contact for all the jobs in my care home in Llanelli. He is multi-talented. He took the painting, replaced the downpipes, and cleaned the gutters. He has also hacked off the external wall alongside the downpipes and replastered it. Also, he was handling the flat roof problems, which we had many contractors to repair, but none of them succeeded. Pierre took this work as a challenge to put it right. He is a very honest and trustworthy person. He doesn't waste others money. He always finds solutions for others.

  Replacement fire door

  Great job - quoted fast and reasonably. Turned up on time, and re-scheduled when access was blocked to the building. Made every effort to be as discreet as possible. Was informative about the process and provided all documentation requested.

  Fit 7 new doors all new architrave and skirting
