Replace sink and change radiator

Combi swap
I contacted PBM (Phil) after being quoted ridiculous prices from British Gas for a combi swap. Phil recommended getting a Baxi Duo-Tec as they're the best value boiler. He didn't look to sell me the most expensive one. He was very responsive and got me booked in as soon as he could. I thought the job would have been a bit fiddly but Phil got on with it and was done quicker than I expected. Boiler repair
My heating works on two separate zones (upstairs, downstairs) one of the zones was stuck to on so the heating downstairs wouldn’t turn off. Phil was out the same day, priced and ordered the parts, collected the part straight away and was installed within the hour. Boiler installation
