Poorly worded and unclear quote, brief visits to complete work (to fit in around other work), minimal plumbing work involved, lack of support resulting in us having to assist with lifting and carrying. Charged us £300 per day!! Reluctance to discuss costs after initial contraversional quote.  This man is not to be trusted and we fully regret accepting his quote. Worst thing we ever did and we advise anyone to avoid him.  We are going to take him to court for what he has done to us. A definite 'rogue trader' who must be exposed for what he is, a rip off merchant!!@@
