Scott and Rob came promptly to repair door/lock & fit a keysafe, after door had been damaged by being forced open by emergency services at my elderly mother's flat after she had a fall. They did a really thorough job, spending several hours on it, over 3 trips, and we're very pleased with the results. But Scott insisted on only charging us one callout fee of £80. I felt they didn't charge enough, something that is very rare to say Really friendly, professional, knowledgeable guys, who I felt very comfortable with. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely brilliant company, a gave them a call and they were very helpful in trying to sort my elderly neighbour out. Scott and Dan responded to my request for a call out within minutes of my message. They attended the same day and found that we needed a new part for our front door lock. Having ordered the part for next day delivery they came back as soon as the part had arrived and quickly had the new lock installed. Absolutely delighted with the friendly and efficient service. I can highly recommend Scott at PCB Secure. Contacted him late Friday night as my mum could not lock her front door. He offered to come round that same evening at no additional cost, but we arranged for him to come round the Saturday. His communication from start to finish was faultless and he fixed the door on the first visit at a very fair and reasonable price. Would highly recommend Scott and PCB Secure to anyone!
