Laptop crash caused 3 folders disappearing from portable hard drive
My computer crashed suddenly with my portable hard drive connected to it, which resulted in 3 important folders disappearing from it. I've called them the next day and they were very nice explaining to me all my options, and what they usually do to fix this. I took it in, and amazingly they've managed to recover it ALL!! Upgraded computer to Windows 10 and added additional memory
Friendly and very professional service. They had a patient, problem solving approach and took the time needed to resolve issues. Fixed my water logged laptop
I called the PC Doctor after I dropped a glass of water on my laptop, they gave me great advice and I brought my laptop to them, they agreed a price for looking after it and explained that there as only a 50/50 chance of being able to fix it. He said it could look at it the following day. I called them just as he was looking at it, and he said that he was drying it out but it looked like it was working ok, but he'd like to keep it over the weekend just to make sure.
