Walter came to install my new iMac. He had advised me that the old one needed replacing because it couldn’t be updated any more on his previous visit. He advised me where to buy it to save money. He is a very pleasant and efficient man who explains everything, and I would recommend him unreservedly.

I was able to book a home visit quickly. I was given an approximate time and Walter arrived within that time window. Walter quickly proceeded to transfer everything over to my new Windows 11 deskop. Even though I did not have all the passwords etc. to immediately to hand he was able to complete the work quickly so the cost was kept down. Walter is likeable and easy to talk to about what you need done. This is not the first time I have used this company. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs technical help with their computer fault or upgrade. Mr. Morris

Excellent tecnically and covering a wide range; good teaching. Internal communication was not good and I was not informed of approximate arrival time.; definite need for improvement here.
