This company was very helpful, initially trying to help over the phone but I ended up taking the PC in. The problem was minor, fixed before the day given and I went to collect it the same day. The PC had been cleaned inside (it was very dusty and a home clean had been quite disastrous!) which they didn't charge for. Will definitely use them in future! A very good and honest service, cheerful and polite staff, highly recommend.

Very happy with the service we received. The clear explanation of what they could and could not do, the cost involved and timeline was well-received, particularly as we are not very IT literate. In the end they managed to sort our issue the same day. Very polite and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend.

Following my request for help with a computer problem a PC REPAIR HOUSE engineer called at my home and was able to explain and resolve the issue. Then, having decided to have a new computer, they did all the necessary transfer and set up speedily and efficiently with no problems. I would recommend PC REPAIR HOUSE.

Great company, Ian is superb, he's a very very nice and very good at his job. Sorted out my laptop remotely as I'm disabled and could get to the shop. 10 out of 10 and very reasonable cost. Defo would recommend this company to everyone.
