We ere having problems with our boiler and found out the problem wasn't covered by our boiler service company! We contacted PDCA and Patrick came out very quickly. He located the fault and sorted it out without any problem. He was very efficient, honest about the problem and clean during the work. He explained everything he had done. Our boiler has been working perfectly ever since. We have now cancelled the cover for the boiler with the previous company and will be using PDCA for any problems in the future.

When my old boiler broke down, before Christmas, Patrick offered advice on a replacement and came to the rescue at short notice. Within 2 days we were up & running with the latest Baxi, Hive & Magnaclean, all professionally & safely installed. Great price too. No hidden extras or surprises. Guys were genuinely nice people, respectful of property & communicated throughout. Left everything tidy, installed without issue. Explained the operating instructions, completed the registration for us and aftercare. A full comprehensive service. Great job. Glad to have found such an excellent local company

After making an urgent telephone call asking for help as on returning from holiday found we hadn't any heating or hot water Patrick was soon with us. He quickly found the fault and fixed it straight away. Fair pricing for excellent service. I will have no hesitation with using PDCA , if required in the future

Patrick was conscientious, polite and prompt. I had a leak that was not showing anywhere. Patrick used his skill and diligence to locate and repair leak after several visits to eliminate other potential issues. His knowledge of boilers and heating systems is unparalleled and methodical and precise in testing all possibilities to ensure successful outcome. Patrick is a skilled and experienced plumber/ heating engineer and his vast experience can be used when making fault diagnosis. I thoroughly recommend him. You will not be disappointed!
