  In an emergency quick to respond and always arrive on time for planned work. Recently upgraded our Electrical System after a 5 yearly inspection and installed Emergency Lights throughout the building. Also informative on Regulation Updates. They are friendly, polite, clean & tidy and trustworthy when in Bilton House with our residents & Staff. Bilton House have use PDI Electrical Limited for a number of years and are always happy with their work.

  Price was agreed before work started and full quote given. The work was all carried out as stated ,with extra added by the electrician as he worked. For example he suggested extra plug points inside and out and also added a new light in the bathroom and fitted them at no extra cost. He was very careful to make the least mess possible and left everywhere clean every day. We we especially pleased that he managed to take up our bedroom floor without damage. Very friendly,knowledgeable and approachable.

  From the initial enquiry Anthony was very helpful, he visited my property at the designated time & gave me a quote which I believed to be fair. He returned once he had the unit & fitted it leaving my property tidy. The unit worked as described until recently when water seeped into the unit. I phoned Anthony & he came out the same day to replace at no additional charge. I would have no hesitation to recommend PDI Electrical Ltd

It turned out to be a great decision as the customer service, quality of installation and price was fantastic. • Repair to damaged electrical wiring

  Thanks very much to Anthony and Brian for repairing a chewed through bit of electrical wiring in the floor space beneath the 2nd floor of our semi-detached home - Damage done by a pesky creature. They also spotted some weaknesses in the way our fuse box was organised and made appropriate improvements. Kept us well informed about what they were doing during the process.
