I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the roofing work carried out by your company. Pat repaired our roof which had a leak and that was made worse by a bogus roofer. We were really pleased with the works carried out and wish we'd called him sooner!

We recently moved into our new home and due to the age of the property, the roof was falling apart and needed replacing. Pat was recommended to us by a close friend. He did a great job, he was very knowledgable, punctual and reasonabley priced!

I called Pat on Wednesday 8th March when heavy rain was causing severe leak from gutter in top roof above front door porch. As I was unavailable on Thursday and Friday Pat agreed to come on Saturday at 10.30am to diagnose the issue. Pat not only diagnosed the issue as a loose clip on the gutter causing leak, he repaired it within 50 minutes for low price on Saturday 11th March. I have had no issues with the leaking gutter in very heavy rain since. Excellent resolution of this issue.

Pat attended to establish the reason for rainwater flowing down the the side walls of our house. Guttering was found to be all in order and after conducting a water test it was found accumulated debris was forcing the rain to go under the tiling and undershooting the guttering. Pat offered a fair quote to erect scaffolding, remove and cut back the valley tiles, to clear all debris and fit a gutter umbrella. All work was done in difficult winter conditions with care and consideration. Would highly recommend.
