  Not great.

  Sadly the experience wasn’t 5 star, quoted one price and told it would be the total (plumber knew exactly what the job needed) them charged me an extra 25% for a part that costs less that £10! Also left my bathroom in a right mess, dirt everywhere.

  Fast response at a time to suit me.Gave very good advice on latest vastly improved installation .He worked quickly and disposed of all changed parts.I am very pleased with the new installation which is easier to use and responds very quickly. I was very pleased with the quality of his service and also his prices. I will be sure to use his services again if necessary.
