Very nice people , pleasant . Nothing was an issue . They even vent out to buy extra supplies that was missing .

I would like to start by immediately apologising for being late to your job. As I explained at the time I was held up at another customer house and the London traffic didn't help. Of course that does not alleviate the discomfort position I left you in, where you were waiting for 1 hour before I finally arrived. While I still managed to wow you with the job I completed for you. I would have been a lot more effective by finishing the job 1 hour earlier if I would have kept to our timetable. I Have put protocols in place to ensure this situation doesn't happen again.
