  Pest removal

  I highly recommend this company! They genuinely care, are extremely professional, knowledgeable and work discretely to resolve the issue at a very good price. I was grateful for the advice given over the phone, followed by excellent communication throughout. I later discovered that Gareth is a Field Biologist with RSPH Level 3 Pest Management and a member of British Pest Control Association, so this is further reassurance that he knows what he is doing. Plus he has experience in the commercial field as well as residential. A pleasure to deal with.

  Rats living in my loft

  I had an issue with rats getting into my loft .I could hear scratching noises at night, which was incredibly stressful. I tried other companies, but none of them could properly sort the problem. Then I found Gareth, and honestly, I’m so glad I did. He quickly found an entry point in the roof that no one else had spotted. He blocked it off and treated the entire loft thoroughly. Since then, I haven’t had a single issue! Gareth was professional, knowledgeable, and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was sorted properly. I’d highly recommend him to anyone dealing with pest issue

  Exterminating silverfish all over the house

  Gareth was absolutely fantastic and we would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. He was very thorough and knowledgeable! He was keen to help us get rid of our problem, giving us top advice as well as his expertise. He went above and beyond, and answered all of our questions no matter how many times I messaged! Gareth is super kind and patient. He explained everything so well and also was reassuring. After searching for help for a while, Gareth was the best we found. We would highly recommend him always.   Rats living in garden

  Some rats had set up home in our garden. Gareth from Peacocks came and spent a couple of hours assessing the situation and laying traps. We have two small dogs and it was a primary factor that Peacocks don't use poison - firstly because of the risk to our dogs and second because it's unpleasant to find rats that have crawled off to die. Plus it's not a nice way to kill any animal. Gareth is very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. He advised us to remove food sources, ie bird feeders, that were attracting the rats. After just over two weeks, the traps have already been successful.

  Clear vermin from shed

  Gareth is a deeply knowledgeable and professional tradesman. He quickly responded to my request for assistance and set up a series of appointments to address the infestation. He was extremely thorough in his approach, which was reassuring, and cleared the problem as advised. I was impressed with the whole experience and am happy to say what a pleasure it was to work with Gareth and Peacocks Pest Control.

  Mice Infestation in garage and kitchen

  We had a mice infestation in the garage resulting in them entering the kitchen through pipes! We tried to deal with problem, but it got out of hand. In desperation we reached out to Peacocks Pest Control, who came in a timely manner and diligently investigated the issue. The technician immediately cleaned up the environment, put in processes to deal with the current problem, and also two preventative measures to stop this occurring in the future. He returned regularly until the problem ceased and we have had no issues since. Peacocks were hardworking and trustworthy; would recommend.
