  Outstanding service. Arrived promptly, made a detailed assessment of the situation. Recommended a course of action, incl. pros and cons and executed effectively. Even offered a voucher for a free return visit if wasps weren't entirely removed. Provided a written report on the situation, wasp info and approach.   Had the pleasure of meeting Gareth today. Although it turned out we didn't have a wasp nest, he gave us some really helpful suggestions on managing the wasps in my home and garden, so we will implement those over the next few days He was very thorough in checking for nests.

  Identifying and treating rat infestation in the loft

  The service I received was excellent. Gareth was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant and provided a prompt and effective professional service. He quickly identified the cause of droppings in our loft, carefully explored possible access points to our property and offered and implemented solutions. After treatment he cleaned and removed droppings and debris. Costs were clearly set out and the remedial action plan he proposed has been successful.

  Problem with rat in the walls and loft of the house

  Gareth identified where the rat was getting into the house (chewed through the flexi waste pipe from the toilet to get in from the sewer) and set traps to catch it. He checked the sewer and found where the rat was getting in. He fixed the hole and fitted a valve in the sewer so a rat can no longer get to the house that way. The rat was caught and Gareth came out at no extra charge to take it away. More traps were set to check there were no other rats. Gareth has just come for final visit to check everything is good and remove the empty traps. Happy to have my home rat free. Great job - thanks

  Removal of wasp nest

  Gareth came out the same evening to deal with a wasp nest with some rather aggresive residents. He was friendly, courteous and very efficient and I would definately recommend his services.
