Work was to complete a bathroom refurb with panelling, new bath and shower, to also install an unvented cylinder. Richard completed work to a very high professional level with an attention to detail as if the work would have been completed out on his own house. Communication was excellent, kept area tidy and original quote was bang on. His experience meant some good extra ideas that he applied. The end product surpassed my expectations and cannot fault at all. Will be using Richard again.

Richard did a superb job replacing our vented hot water cylinder with an unvented hot water cylinder. He did a lot of goods work removing the old hot water cylinder, reviving the header tank in the loft, and simplifying the pipework that had been modified over the years. Richard explained the options and work well, and took great care with his work. We're looking to have Richard back for another job.

Richard responded very promptly on Sunday. Even though he was quite far, I was able to book an appointment with very reasonable price to fix the leak, which he did very quickly. Much appreciated 👍

Richard did a wonderful job with my bathroom installation, he kept me updated with his progress, talked me through a couple of things that popped up during the install and tidied up every evening. Not only that but he did a fantastic job, the transformation was spectacular.
