Fix a leak and also the boiler
I think they are an absolute fantastic company. First of all they respond to messages and are very reliable, the second thing is they came at very short notice and fixed it. They are also very prompt when you have an emergency, are personable and are very honest about what you need doing and what you don't need doing.
Boiler service and repair
Perfect, lovely guy, issues fixed quickly and lots of advice given to prevent further issue. Thank you.
Radiators replaced
We needed several radiators replacing. Rob was knowledgeable and helpful with his advice. He is friendly and approachable. Communication was good and he kept us informed when he was slightly delayed on the day. Rob and Daniel did a great job and fitted the radiators in the positions we wanted.They kept everything clean and tidy and removed all the rubbish afterwards. Would Recommend.
Repair leaks after big freeze
Really helpful people. They sorted our leaking pipework in a prompt and efficient manner. Thanks again Rob and Daniel.
The pilot light wouldn't come on
Called them out as the pilot light wouldn't come on he was in and out in 20 mins and got it working, all good. The same issue happened 2 weeks later, called them back but was advised they were to busy to come and fix it

I could not attend on the day as I was at least 50 miles away on another job installing a boiler for an elderly Homeowner, I did take some time out of that job to explain over the phone what the issues where with the boiler. The weather was extremely cold over those days and it was a frozen condensate pipe, explained how to resolve it over the phone and advised if they couldn’t, to get someone local to come out. I have done work for this Homeowner before so very disappointed they have left a low score review as I did offer to come back when I’m local again. I have 170 plus reviews please through these as this is a true reflection of the type of Tradesman I am.
Our radiators weren’t coming on and we had an error on the system screen.
Even though he was really busy he made the time to come and see me the same day after I called him around 1pm for help! 10/10 service! Had us up and running within a few minutes! Both friendly and efficient! Definatly recommend!
