I phoned at least 10 different companies to get a quote for repairing a fridge/freezer. I was becoming increasingly frustrated with large call out fees and advice to take out annual insurance -everyone sounded so officious and corporate. Finally I phoned Harry. What a breath of fresh air. He could not take the call then but phoned me back within 5 minutes. As soon as I spoke to him I knew he was the company for the job. He booked me in straight away, turned up on time, replied to all texts and found the solution to the problem immediately.

Harry from Pearce Appliances provides sterling service! My dishwasher had stopped draining water. After having checked for a blockage I thought it must have been the pump that was at fault. One call later and I had an afternoon appointment booked with Harry. He was punctual, pleasant and well mannered and had the dishwasher fixed within 20 minutes of arriving! Fantastic service - would highly recommend!

Harry arrived on time and got straight on with the task of installing a new dishwasher. Completed quickly and very efficiently. Highly recommended.
