Builder arrived on time on the days expected, very polite, kept us informed at all times, always knocked on the door on arrival and when leaving. Work done well and tidily. The tradesmen used by Pearl were excellent. Structural work great Luke the plasterer did a wonderful job of plastering the walls and ceiling to give a perfect surface for decorating, providing sound advice. Clive the plumber worked very hard to install the very large new radiator and resolve an issue with our existing small radiator. Ben the electrician did a great job with relocating sockets, sorting out the lighting and all the preparatory work for the new electric cooker. All tradesmen were very courteous, helpful and profficient. Job location: BN16Pearl building Ltd have completely renovated our home , they were on budget and finished 2 weeks earlier which meant we could move in sooner . We are so happy we never envisioned it to look so beautiful. Thank you to all the tradesman involved10 Repointing

Pearl were very helpful in being able to time the removal of the wall between our kitchen and dining room whilst we were away, so we missed the worst of the dust and dirt. Gary and co did a brilliant job of this and filling in the dining room doorway. The gaps in the flooring were expertly filled by Sean the carpenter. Luke did an excellent job of plastering the ceiling and walls.
