Wooden door and window fitting throughout the property
Nicola Hall walked off site, and David Cranham and Nicola were not seen again. They had been paid on time. External doors fitting were not completed. Windows were left unfinished/broken/not delivered. Multiple contracts breaches, which were acknowledged by Nicola and even an apology. This only covers a fraction of the issues we have had with Pear Tree Solutions Ltd/Group

Kitchen rebuild
There were very significant structural issues revealed during early stages, requiring totally unplanned replacement of roof and rebuild of 3 rooms. This was done with a very high level of diligence, patience and skill. At all stages the issues were explained clearly and resolved. Project management was excellent. A potentially traumatic experience was handled exceptionally well - thank you

Kitchen renovation - demolition and installing new floor, heating, cupboards, units and decoration.
We used the Pear Tree Group to oversee the renovation of our large kitchen diner in 2023. They removed the old flooring, dug down and replaced the underfloor insulation and screed, arranged for underfloor heating and new sandstone tiles to be laid, designed and made new cupboard units and had them re-sprayed, arranged for new spotlights and a new induction hob, added a tiled splashback and replaced an internal door and re-decorated. We were delighted with the finished product and the team were great to work with - professional, courteous, tidy, honest and transparent with pricing.

Extension to provide a larger bedroom with en suite.
Work was done on time. David and Mike were cooperative and pleasant. The quality was very good and their subcontractors for various bits were well chosen. We are completely satisfied and some inevitable snags were addressed promptly. Nicola always responded to our queries and requests in cheerful way.

Replace lintel above kitchen window and door
Carried out investigation on cracking above window. Arranged structural engineer visit and specification of new lintel. Removed and replaced lintel. Made good brickwork, timber and internal replastering. Sourced and replaced exterior cladding. All work was completed to a very high standard. This was a particularly wide, heavy lintel and challenging to install. Thankfully the team managed it well. David and the team are very personable, polite, helpful and capable. Nicola arranged all the tasks and kept us well informed. Overall a very good team. Would recommend.
