New staircase
The new staircase is good quality, looks fantastic and makes a huge difference to the flat. Jurgen's attention to detail was excellent. He cleaned up well despite the removal of the old staircase being a messy job. I highly recommend him.

Hallway renovation
Jurgen and his team did an excellent job. They rebuilt the banister, built some additional stairs and stripped and re-plastered the walls, painted and decorated. Jurgen listened to what I wanted and was really accommodating, paying close attention to the details. He was always punctual, professional and trustworthy. I have since used him for other jobs.

Four inset oak shelves and a bespoke made cupboard
We had an inset wall (~125w x 30d) and wanted to build four oak shelves and a cupboard at the bottom. Jurgen did everything bespoke. The shelves have been set in a such a way that there are no visible anchors and they look gorgeous. The cupboard looks even better than I hoped: it is flush with the walls on each side, making it look like it's just part of one single wall. Jurgen was helpful and patient during the works, explaining what could and couldn't be done. We're very, very happy with the results and will definitely use Peca Homes's services again next time we need carpenting works.

Painting front door and metal grill. Repair, fix roof and repaint garden shed.
Work completed efficiently and well. Jurgen returned a few days later to double check the shed and gave it another coat of paint. I highly recommend this company.

Repair and repaint pillars at front of house. Make good front stairs and repaint. Fit new front gate
