Ollie did a fantastic job replacing our fascias and gutters. He communicated really clearly, and responded to queries promptly. He is polite, professional and just an all-round nice person, and always explained everything he was doing. When he did spot a couple of things that he’d found while working, he made sure to get our explicit approval before resolving them, even though they were relatively minor in comparison to the planned work. Everything you could ask for in a tradesperson.
