Did not turn up
In November, I phoned to arrange a site visit which was agreed for the following week. No-one turned up on the agreed day and there was no contact from the roofer about this missed appointment. We requested a quote for a leak in our bathroom which was coming from the roof.
Robert and Evan were very efficient in checking the roof and loft. They found the issue and were able to repair it there and then saving us a lot of time and money. Someone else quoted us over 3K but Robert advised that the work proposed was not needed.
