  Garage conversion

  Palcan Construction converted my garage into a workshop/den. Rami produced a professional design and project plan; and the work was completed flawlessly, on budget and on time. I would recommend them without question.

  Excellent building company

  We asked Rami to quote for a utility room extension on our bungalow without any prior knowledge of his work. It soon became clear that he was very professional and knew what he was talking about. Once we accepted his quotation we received detailed plans and a schedule of work, with regular updates as and when necessary. He applied for building control approval and submitted the relevant documents with copies to ourselves. The occasional problems arose but these were always sorted out very quickly. We are very pleased with the finished result and would highly recommend Palcan Construction.

  Renovation of utility room

  Renovation took around four weeks. Communication is key on a big renovation as it can turn life upside down for a while. We Had a schedule of works so we knew what was going on throughout and how long jobs would roughly take. This helped us a lot. very good communication. Also, the pay schedule was well structured Contractors on site were Polite and respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Very Good All round quality of work . Added a few extras along the way but discussed these with Rami first. Job ran over a couple of days as the toilet we had delivered was cracked. Cant be helped.

  Rami visited our property and provided a detailed and comprehensive quote with various options; Rami completely understood our needs. Rami has an excellent knowledge of all aspects of building, which included underfloor heating. His expertise and ideas are amazing.

  Open plan kitchen/diner/lounge

  These guys went above and beyond any other building service I have experienced. They managed everything themselves from design consultations, load calculations (no need to civil engineer), local authority planning applications, all trades and services and even created a kitchen on the patio in a gazebo while they were building our new kitchen. I can't recommend them highly enough.
