At initial contact via phone or email we get to know you, your property and how we can help. We will then suggest the best consultation arrangement for you i.e. phone, email or a face-to-face meeting (which is always recommended). We will then arrange a convenient date and time for the consultation.

Design and build consultation

Ideally at your property. A specific discussion about your lifestyle, how you would like each room to be used and your general vision for the interior including colours, style and finish. We will also discuss the time-frame (on average, ten weeks) and initial budget for the project as well as any specific requirements you have.

Design & Build

The design and build time and fee will be approved by you prior to any works starting. We will then work closely with the design and build team to ensure all items are carefully selected to best tailor your requirements.
