We had a quite a bit work done by Tom and the team, 2 flat roof replacements, a partial slate roof replacement and lead repairs to an outbuilding. We are extremely happy with the work and the results. Tom keep us up to date with the progress and worked closely with us when we hit a few snags to make sure we got the right solution for us. Tom and his team are very professional and courteous. They clean up after themselves and were always very polite and considerate with the work. They also work very hard during the day. We are very pleased with the work and would very happily recommend Tom.

Tom and team were fantastic from start to finish. initially we thought that we just had a few slipped tiles the roof that was replaced 3 years ago. it turns out that the first roof was sub standard and needed a total replacement. Tom has saved us from sleepless nights now it is completed . Tom keep us updated every day with photos and drink photos. we would highly recommend Pemberton roofing.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Was recommended Pemberton by another roofer I contacted first for a quote, always a good sign I think when someone in the same trade recommends you & they definitely stood up to this theory! Quote provided promptly, communication was excellent throughout, including liaising between us & the scaffolders. The planned & quoted repair couldn’t be done because of an unforeseen issue with the roof but an alternative was provided & done to a very high standard, commendably at original quoted price. Would 100% score higher than 10 if the website would let me.

Cannot speak highly enough about Tom and his team. We unfortunately discovered we needed a new roof to get sign off from building control before selling our property. Tom’s communication was 100% from the first phone call, he went on to liaise with building control directly throughout taking that stress from me and found a roof solution that would satisfy their requirements (as the roof was lower than the standard pitch). He prioritised our job, worked his absolute socks off to get it done and we got sign off the day he finished. Immaculate, tidy, excellent workmanship and brilliant guy!!!!!

Originally up asked Pemberton Roofing to install a dry verge system for my house roof, but within minutes of starting the work I was advised that the roof was in a very poor state (photos wereprovided) and the most cost effective job was to renew the roof entirely. The job was achieved in 2.5 days and without any delays and to a very high standard of workmanship.

Tom came round very quickly to have a look and price the work and carried it out 2 days later!
