Brilliant service & product!
We had Natural Oak Quickstep flooring laid down and we are over moon by the quality of the product and installation. Richard is amazing at what he does, he’s clean, friendly, a consummate professional and competitively priced. We’d 100% use Richard again to have further flooring installed. Floor Screed and LVT fitting.
Really pleased with work provided by Pendress, in firstly, levelling our floor then returning to fit our LVT. Wish we'd have known they also supply flooring. Richard arrived ahead of our arranged time in a very smart van with eye catching livery. His company name is different yet easy to remember. He looked at the job, measured up and gave me a quotation on the spot. His attitude, punctuality, professionalism and attention to detail is excellent as his ability to answer questions about how my problem floor could be rectified. The price he quoted for the job was fair and reasonable. The floor has now been completed to a very high standard, the room was left neat and tidy with all waste removed. Trustworthy decent bloke.
