  Burst pipe savior!

  I cannot recommend Stuart highly enough. We had a burst pipe, and he came out to sort it same day, whilst advisingon emergency precautions I could take whilst waiting for him to arrive. He was fantastic at communicating and took a really collaborative approach. Instead of just rushing in, we talked through different ways to fix the problem to make sure we kept damage to the property to an absolute minimum. While he was here, he even helped out with a few other repairs around the house. His pricing was also very reasonable compared to the other quotes we received. Honest, skilled, and reliable – a genuine tradesman.

  Unresolved issue — charged full hourly rate for no fix

  The plumber came to inspect our tap issue and advised replacing the valve cartridge rather than opening the side panel. He removed the existing cartridge to locate the part number, but after checking local suppliers, the replacement part wasn't available. Unfortunately, he left without resolving the issue or offering an alternative solution, yet still charged his full hourly rate. The also left one of the tap closure incorrectly put back.

  Thank you for your feedback, Theodorus. I’m sorry you were disappointed with the outcome of my visit. When I attended, I discussed the options available. Removing the sealed side panel would have risked damaging the installation and creating additional work, so I recommended identifying the faulty cartridge first in an effort to keep your costs down. After removing the cartridge, I established that it required replacement. I then spent time contacting and visiting several local plumbing merchants to try and obtain the part on the same day so that a return visit could be avoided. Unfortuna

  Professional, Friendly & Efficient Plumber

  Stuart did an excellent job replacing my leaking tap isolation valves and fitting a new kitchen tap. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout. He worked quickly and efficiently, and the quality of his workmanship was excellent. He also left everything clean and tidy when he finished.   Burst pipe conundrums!

  Great experience, Stu was very helpful and explained what he was doing and why every step of the way to resolve quite a complex situation with a burst underground pipe, minimising excavation where possible to get me connected to mains water again and also negated the need to potentially cause damage or replace kitchin units which would have incurred a lot of expense! Would highly recommend

  Fitting new kitchen tap

  Stuart was great, when he arrived it was clear the job was bigger than expected, but he kept me informed and even went and bought a new tap as the one I had got wouldn’t work in the space available.
