Terrible work experience
I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with this company's work standards. Although the job was completed, the initial issue remains unresolved, and one of the plastered walls is noticeably uneven. When I raised this concern, the contractor dismissed it. Furthermore, the contractor has yet to provide any completion paperwork or invoice, including the 15-year waterproofing guarantee that was agreed upon in the initial quotation. This lack of accountability raises serious concerns regarding the quality and professionalism of the work carried out.

A poor experience and unreliable! Quick to respond to my job, appointment confirmed with me for the next day. I checked in with them again on the appointment day to confirm the visit was still going ahead, which they confirmed. Failed to turn up or even have the courtesy to make me aware. Poor customer experience.

PPM team was just amazing and professional. They treated three areas effected by mould and cleaned everything all in a few days. Amazing and professional work.

Rendering around bathroom window
Adam was polite friendly and kept me updated as the job was weather dependant. He did a great job & as I wasn't there he send me pictures of the job as it progressed. I'll use PPM again so I would definitely recommend.
