The price covers a room up to 12 square metres with standard ceiling height (2.4m). Larger rooms or higher ceilings may incur an additional charge. The price assumes the room is cleared of furniture. Feature walls or specialist paint finishes will be quoted separately.

• Surface preparation (filling minor holes, sanding)
• Two coats of paint on walls and ceiling
• Painting of trim (skirting boards, door frames, window sills)
• Dust sheets and masking
• Clean up after completion

• Moving furniture (room must be cleared)
• Wallpaper removal
• Repair of significant damage to walls or ceilings
