I was running around brighton seafront and noticed Perfect Groups van in use. I went and spoke to two very polite gentlemen who said phone our office which I did. Whenever I phoned my call was answered which was very pleasing. They organised an in person quote as I had a huge garden to move aswell. On moving day 1/5/26 parking spaces were sorted by Perfect Group and everything went according to plan. The Perfect Group team were fantastic, polite and even asked if they could fill up their water bottles. A huge thank you to Ebb, Alan, Jack Bridal and Stuart. Also Will who collected my boxes.

We had a great experience using Perfect group for our house move. The team of 7 turned up exactly on time and quickly organised the house contents and helped with final packing of the last minute items. We moved on a very wet windy day but the team took care to keep everything dry. Once packed up the team waited for our new house to open up and then quick got to unpacking and carefully moving things into place. The team were friendly and professional and took great care to not damage carpets and walls. Overall a great team and service.

Perfect Group were recommended to me by a friend & her praise was highly deserved. I can not fault the service we received & the team were excellent from start to finish. Everything was done so professionally, the team worked really hard & everything was done with a smile. They were also a calming & friendly presence in a stressful situation. Perfect Group definitely provided value for money, lived up to their name & I working not hesitate to recommend them.

We were recommended and hired Perfect Group to help move my 90 year old grandfather and we were so glad we did. We’ve never received better customer service. They took the stress out of move day for all of us. They called 30 minutes before arrival, laid floor protectors when they arrived, moved and loaded everything perfectly and kept us updated with everything throughout the day. Picking up was perfect no problem just on return tv was broken also wardrobe and tv unit damaged missing items on moving items back in was told they were missing then items was found so had to have a second delivery when we noticed that item was damaged so overall not a good company to use now have to wait serval weeks for items to be investigated so won't have a tv or replacement furniture till they investigate so here we go for a long wait
