• Full refurbishment of Victorian property

  Xhevat completed a full top to bottom renovation of our 5 bed house in Leytonstone. This included a loft conversation, ground floor side return extension, garden re-design and general repair and redecoration of all existing rooms. Can't rate him and his team highly enough. Fairly priced, honest as they come, always keen to do the very best job. We worked with architect Benjamin Wilkes who was happy and impressed with the quality of his work. He also has a great manner and explains everything in a clear way that helps you to understand all the decisions to be made along the way.

  After a nightmare experience with another builder, we were incredibly thankful that Xhevat and team could take over the job. Xhevat was really knowledgeable and brilliant at finding solutions to fix the (not insignificant) issues left from the previous company. The standard of work was very high and the attention to detail was great. The guys are incredibly hard working, respectful and courteous. It was a huge relief to have people we could genuinely trust and most importantly real care was taken to find the best solutions, not just the quickest and easiest. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Very trustworthy and seemed keen to offer value for money and fair prices for their work. Was very happy with work carried out, so much so I am using them again for another project I am starting.

  Xheva was the most (and accurate) quote of 6 builders prior to the commencement of our building works. He was comprehensive with his quoting and provided a structured payment plan on the completion of each stage of the works. Xheva was extremely professional on site, they kept noise to a minimum and were consideration of our neighbours and their pets throughout the build. As a team they worked in a gang of 6, arriving at 8 and working through to 6. As a result of their great work ethic the works were completed on time. The standard of the works and fish were immaculate. Would Reccommend
