I started working in the hotel cleaning field as a cleaning housekeeper since 2018. - 2023 I started working as a housekeeping supervisor at 2 hotels. I currently work at 2 part-time jobs at an office and a pub.

Grace was super responsive, communication great on the day. Arrived with a suitcase full of all her own cleaning equipment, I had a hoover in the house and she used that as well. Given I had carpets removed and some minor works plus painting done ahead of her clean - it was not a quick or simple job. Thank you to Grace and her colleague/ helper. Very happy, so nice to be able to open a cupboard or fridge and just start putting things away.

Grace and her team cleaned the flat as part of the end of my tenancy. They were very diligent, hard working and completed the task at a very high standard. Grace was great at communicating with me and keeping me informed of the progress. Very satisfied with the work performed and would highly recommend them.

Grace was just amazing. I've moved to a place that was greasy and dirty and looked like it hasn't been cleaned in 10 years. She did such a good job that both the kitchen and the bathroom look almost new now. She was efficient, honest friendly and fun to talk to. Can't recommend enough!

Grace from Perfect Housekeeping was exemplary in her communications with me. Perfect Housekeeping arrived early and completed the job to a very high standard undertaking additional cleaning items at no cost and provided useful information on completion. I would highly recommend Perfect Housekeeping and would certainly without hesitation use them again.

WOW !!! Grace and her team were amazing , they arrived with all products and got to work straight away, nothing was to much trouble, they were very friendly and professional, our previous tenant left the flat in a very bad condition , everything was dirty greasy and dusty but after 6 hours of hard work by Grace and her team the place was outstanding !! price was very reasonable, I would highly recommend and use again if needed too
