Good communication. Tricky job due to unusual foundation. Happy to go the extra mile to make sure the finish was up to standard - redid sections to improve imperfections that I had not even noticed.. Highly recommended.

Perfectionist Tiling did a fantastic job of tiling my whole flat and the bathroom, and organised colleagues to install underfloor heating film, change a couple of lights and plumb in a new bathroom (shower, loo, bidet hose, vanity unit. Derrick was meticulous in the work he did, gave excellent advice based on his years of experience, and solved a number of problems - as well as making good and ensuring that the wastage etc. Was cleared away. I've waited a couple of weeks now to check everything is good, and I'm completely satisfied - everything looks great! Highly recommended

Very neat and tidy job. Derrick performed the work at short notice which was greatly appreciated and he kept to his quote. He was also happy to provide me with names of reliable contractors to contact who could restore my marble and stone tiles around the house.

Derrick tiled our kitchen floor and did a really lovely job. When he came, he realised that it was trickier than he first thought but he did the extra work at minimal cost. He came up with great ideas on how to do the work and was very approachable. I couldn't recommend him enough! Kitchen floor looks brilliant!
